Our client is a leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance contracting company servicing the Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pulp Paper, Food Beverage and a range of other process industries. It has provided Mechanical, Electrical Instrumentation EPC solutions to its distinguished customers all over Indonesia for over 20 years. It is seeking senior, dynamic and highly motivated candidates who posses strong interpersonal and communication skills to join its team.

FINANCE MANAGER

(Jakarta-based)

Responsibilities:

· Day-to-day management of the finance, accounts and payroll activities of the company.

· Lead, guide and motivate team members to ensure that accounts receivables, accounts payables, cash flow, project and office expenses are kept under tight control and within budgets.

· Monthly reporting to the BoD of financial performance of the overall business, including providing regular inputs and advice.

· Establish strong network with banking institutions to facilitate securing of project financing facilities as well as bank guarantees performance bonds required for the execution of projects in the range of US$ 2 – 10 million. He/She should also possess a network of legal advisors and auditing /tax consultants.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance from a reputed University; a Master's Degree in Business or Finance Management is an added advantage.

· Minimum of 15 years experience in the accounting and finance field, the last five years of which in a senior position, preferably in an engineering, construction or industrial equipment manufacturing business.

· Possess sound knowledge of accounting, taxation and finance policies regulations.

· Familiarity with the implementation and use of accounting software/ERP systems for project cost control, procurement, accounting finance.

· Fluency in both written and spoken English and should have strong communication skills yet with pleasant personality to support the function.

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
