Assistant Manager - Human Resources & General Affairs
Bekasi (Jawa Barat) -

Responsibilities: 

• Manage all the HR and GA functions of the company with a employee/worker base of 150.
• Develops policies and programs and oversees the implementation of an effective recruitment and selection as well as training and development programs.
• Manage the company's compensation and benefits administration to ensure conformity with regulations and corporate policies.
• Establishes and maintain sound management-labor and community relations programs.
• Enhances performance appraisal measurement systems for the advancement opportunities, bonus allocation as well as maintain a high level of motivation and participation among employees.
• Manage all administrative matters such as factory building administration, transportation, sanitation and health facilities, communication, medical, security and janitorial.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, with a GPA of at least 3.00 gained from a recognized university.
• Male, at least 35 years of age, a self-starter, and can relate well with all levels.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment in a HR Generalist role is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
