RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers data accuracy, viability and value.
• Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis and insight generation.
• Coordinate with network engineering, business application, and database administration functions to implement desktop and server systems that utilize industry best practices to meet corporate objectives.
• Deploy workstations, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and all host security systems.
• Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis and insight generation.
• Assist with operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, with IT regional team, third party, vendor organizing and negotiating the allocation resources. For any escalation related incident management, changes management and request management for development infrastructure
• Maintaining IT telecommunication using Fonality Digital Phone, CS application and set for any request/changes management.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 2 years in charge at the same position.
• Experience handle DELL power edge server for troubleshooting and configuration
• Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including [firewalls, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, NFS, CIFS].
• Expert set Windows Server 2008 and Windows 2012, for Domain, IT Policy, DHCP Server, Printer Server, Virtual Machine, VPN.
• Strong and deep knowledge for IT infrastructure, ITIL and understanding of project management principles.
• Experience handling IT Telecommunication for Digital E1 phone
• Strong ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience Microsoft product user applications, Networking, security and IT peripherals
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
• CCNA and MCSE will be advantage
