Royal HaskoningDHV is seeking a Director Advisory Group for the Industrial Sustainability operations in Indonesia. The incumbent DAG Industrial Sustainability is repatriating on August 1, 2014. A one month hand-off period is strongly desired.

The Industrial Sustainability Team in Royal HaskoningDHV Indonesia started its operations in 2009. Over time, the team grew to 17 people which provide services related to:

· HSE during construction with 7 HSE engineers / supervisors on construction sites

· Environmental management with 7 Environmental engineers

· HSE Consultancy Team with 3 HSE consultants

The main tasks for the DAG Industrial Sustainability are to:

· Manage current advisory group

· Grow the Advisory Group in terms of staff and turn over, eg by establishing process safety services in Indonesia

· Further professionalize the advisory group regarding their business acumen and project management

· Implement the RHDHV HSEQ management system

· Lead the expansion of existing services

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education, personal qualities, experience including special achievements, mobility

· Qualified Professional with (University) Degree in engineering, environmental services or other relevant field.

· Experience in technical safety studies including, ATEX, HAZOP, Machine safety and fire safety studies.

· Experience on managing safety on construction sites would be a prefer

· Able and willing to assist in other related services including construction safety, design review and environmental services.

· Proven track record in directing and growing professional business/ business units in similar circumstances. Specific attributes include:

· Excellent communicator and networking skills with clients, internal counterparts and staff. First rate spoken and written English.

· Able to build and maintain 'trusted advisor' status at director level with clients.

· Exposure to international work and business culture is preferred.

· Full understanding of international standards of service and commitment to excellence in terms of quality, programme and client accountability.

· Full understanding of and commitment to modern international norms for staff management, procedures and working environment. Able to act as a mentor for staff.

· Commitment to sound business ethics, respect, openness, trust and integrity.

· Business acumen and sound understanding of business financials.

· Able to prepare and defend detailed business plans and take ownership for their implementation.

· High adaptability for working with diverse and multi-cultural background people.

· Prepared to travel for short periods in order to follow up and maintain growth of the business, in south east Asia
