Job Descripton  :
As our Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for managing all recruitment, hiring, benefits, training and employee relations at Resinda properties. You will coordinate as business partner with other Department/Unit Head to create and support the hotel's strategy, ensure the hotel is hiring the best talent and enable associates to be successful in assisting our guests, while delivering exceptional results in these key areas of expertise:
 
Human Resources Generalist
Talent Acquisition - Recruitment
Training and Development
Total Rewards - Compensation and Benefits
Talent Management
Organizational Development
Employee Relations
 
Job Requirements           :
·         University degree (preferably in Law, Psychology / HR Management)
·         Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position, preferably in 4 or 5 star chain hotels
·         Good English both oral & written
·         Good Communication & interpersonal skill
·         Trustworthy, practice, service, people & result oriented
·         Innovative & self-driven
·         Strong Leadership & Strategic Thinking
·         Willing to learn & accept challenges
