Kualifikasi:

Pria / wanita .
Pendidikan Min D3/S1,
Jurusan Sipil/Arsitektur.
Mahir menghitung volume
Punya pengetahuan luas mengenai bahan/ material bangunan
Mampu membaca gambar teknik. 
Dapat menggunakan Autocad, MS Office, MS project, MS Power Point.
Jujur, Disiplin, bertanggung jawab 
Dapat bekerja mandiri dan team
