Our company PT Raksasa Laju Lintang, The industrial online trading company, located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, currently we are looking for :

1. HR SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:
1. Assisting HRGA Corporate Manager
2. Conduct recruitment with high target and interview candidates
3. Doing assessment & Organization development
4. Conduct Induction training
5. other tasks by requested.

Requirement:

1. Male/Female, Max. 37 years old from Management, Law or English literature
2. Knowing all HRGA Scope, such as payroll & benefit, Health Insurance, recruitment, organization development and general affair tasks.
3. Good communication & leadership skill
4. Active and Fast learner
5. Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang area.
6. Good skill in Microsoft office & Internet.

2. Recruitment Specialist

 

Responsibility:
1. Finding Job seeker with fast
2. Conduct recruitment with high target and interview candidates
3. Conduct Interview
4. Build relation with universities & campus hiring

Requirement:

1. Male/Female, Max. 37 years old from Management, Law or English literature
2. Knowing well about recruitment process
3. Good communication & independent
4. Active and Fast learner
5. Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang area.
6. Good skill in Microsoft office & Internet.
