JCG Learning International Pte Ltd is an organization founded by DR AB Susanto as a subsidiary of PT The Jakarta Consulting Group which will be operated in Singapore as the main office. Under the name of this new organization, we would like to provide interactive family business online course to help the young generations of family business and young enterpreneurs understand the best solution to solve critical issues of family business. Through this program, we will also provide professional advices to improve their soft-skills, sharing session with experienced consultans and an opportunity to enhance business networking with other family business practitioners around the world. With the modern online system and structured marketing planning, we believe that this interactive family business online course can reach our target market around the world, especially those from Southeast Asia, Latin America, Afrika, Middle East and China.
We are inviting high-achievers to join our team as:
BUSINESS PROJECT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities :
· Assist the Project Leader to provide materials and documents for the e-learning programs
· Assist the Project Leader to analyse the business project
· Coordinate the jobs of many parties (Consultant, IT Expertise, Animator)
· Execute marketing strategy to promote the e-learning programs (mostly with digital marketing)
Requirement :
· Minimum S1 Business Management/ Marketing
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Powerpoint), able to use these to drive effective communications (including status reporting, presentation of analysis outcomes)
· Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, systematic thinking pattern
· Strong document management skills
· Have high commitment, motivation and responsibility to accomplish the assignment on time
· English language proficiency is good (especially writing skill)
· Preferable those with good understanding of digital marketing
· Minimum 1 working experience. No experience is considerable
