A property company with incoming high rise building project in South Jakarta is now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill these vacant positions:
SITE MANAGER
Job Qualification:
· Maximum 45 years old,
· Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil or Architecture Engineer,
· Expert on handling project management cost and construction,
· Able to review civil and structural design, conduct civil and structural works, and work with architectural design,
· At least 5 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this project at high rise building project (apartment, office tower, condominium, hotel, and mall),
· Will be handling full construction team of high rise building project under Project Manager,
· Hard worker, willing to work over time, and had a good leadership,
· Placement: Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan
SITE ENGINEER
Job Qualification:
· Maximum 40 years old,
· Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil or Architecture Engineer or equivalent,
· Advance on civil, architectural, and structural design especially high rise building design and construction,
· Know about mechanical electrical high rise design,
· Know how to read structural drawing, BOQ, and for construction drawing revision,
· At least 6 years of working experience as high rise structure engineer (preferable who had done apartment or office tower design and construction),
· Placement: Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan.
STAFF LEGAL & PERMIT
Job Requirement:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law or equivalent,
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
· Will be handling on corporate legal, land administration, land documentation, and land acquisition,
· Responsible on handling all legal matter documentation and administration,
· Preferable who know legal property process from beginning, land acquisition until product is given on owner,
· Had a good relationship with local society, government, and NGOs
· Placement: Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan
