PT Trialam Facade is one of contractor Aluminium Fasade Company located at West Jakarta. Due to achieve our dreams, we are seeking high qualified candidates to join our dynamic working environment.  If you are a motivated and high achiever person, should you come, grow  and join us to be :

1.       HR Generalist Staff

2.       Export&Import Staff

3.       Secretary for Director

4.       Finance Manager

5.       Accounting Staff

6.       Finance Staff

7.       Accounting Supervisor

8.       IT Staff

 

Qualification:

1.       Min bachelor degree from any major (2, 3), preferebly Psychology  or legal (1),  Accounting or Finance (4,5,6,7),  Academy Secretary (3), IT

2.       Min 2 year in similiar position, min 5 years in Managerial position (4)

3.       Conduct daily HR operation (organization planning&development, recruitment, and HR administration) (1)

4.       Help Managing Director in daily task, arrange important documents and contacts , Arrange meeting for external & internal parties, prepare meeting schedule for Director  (3)

5.       Provide financial reporting and financial analysis on all aspects of business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (7)

6.       Provide financial advice and counsel to all functional components in areas such as accounting, profit and loss measurement, investment, and expense control to assure consistent practices (7)

7.       Manage and develop the finance team of 2-3 direct reports (7)

8.       Mature, independent, self motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines (1-8)

9.       Age max 40 years and preferebly experience at contractor civil or property and developer (4,7).

10.   Fluent in English both oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill

11.   Computer literate, Ms. Word & Ms. Excel (1-8), program finance & accounting (4,5,6,7)

12.   Able to work independent, proactive, energetic, attention to detail, time management, work to a deadline (1-8)

13.   Setting up and prepare installation and maintenance of network device such as LAN, Modem internet. Perform reguler maintenance of software as OS update, anti virus, and other PC/Laptop (8)

14. Familiar with  export&import document (2)

15.   Will be placed at Head Office Jakarta (1-8)
