MARKETING ADMIN

JAKARTA

Job Description:

Handle project certificates, PO, PR - Update Database - Follow up progress PO/invoice in system - Scanning/Filling document - Meet client to get sign for the certificates

Requirements:

1. Female

2. Below 27 years old

3. Mandarin or English proficiency (Mandarin is preferable)

4. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, any field

5. Detail oriented, assertive, able to work independently under minimum supervision

6. Having experiences in Marketing Administration tasks for 1 year, fresh graduated are also welcome to apply

7. Proficient in MS office applications

8. Available to join immediately

9. A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines

10. 2 Full-time positions available
