We are representing EUROPEAN PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY base in Purwakarta, West java. Due to Their rapid project expansion is having requirement : for professionals, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position :
n POWER PLANT MANAGER (1 PERSON)
Business justification : To assist senior manager of power plant for day to day activities (process and maintenance), To maintain proper documentation and validation legal requirement, To ensure safety and environment procedure implement at work place, To be control the coal storage and housekeeping in all plant areas.
Requirements and Qualifications :
1. Education background min S1 Mechanic/Electric Engineer
2. Experience min 15 years
3. Fluent in English both of writing and speaking as corporate language.
4. Should be familiar and experience with operation of AFBC and CFBC coal boiler and steam turbine.
5. Handling in proper for AFBC and CFBC boiler trouble shooting
6. Having good leadership, good attitude and personality
7. Understand all standards of Boiler, Turbine and Generator.
n EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM DEPUTY MANAGER – SHE DEPARTMENT (1 PERSON)
Business justification : To Assist the Safety Manager to coordinate day-to-day activities of SHE department, and to ensure subordinates: Supervisor, Foreman and Safetyman perform their duties as per their job description.Involves / Contributes in reviewing safety standard to all new construction of installations and in the modification of existing facilities.
Requirements and Qualifications :
1. Education background min D3 Chemical Engineer or SHE related.
2. Experience more than 5 years in SHE Dept.
3. Fluent in English both of writing and speaking as corporate language.
4. Good attitude, healthy both of physically and mentality.
5. Familiar with contractor safety management system (CSMS)
6. Familiar with chemical industry and permit to work.
7. Familiar and understanding with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
8. Having certificates (Fire rescue, Rope rescue, Chemical fire response, advance 1st Aid, Fireman competence certificate level C & B, AK3 fire prevention level A and Confined space)
9. Advantage if having courses (Operate breathing apparatus, Structural fire-fighting response, Hazardous material first response incident, Vertical rope rescue, Confined space and Rescue diver and recovery)
n PROJECT ENGINEER DEPUTY MANAGER (1 PERSON)
Business justification : To make CAPEX co-ordination with GFE Team. Monitor the CAPEX progress. Monitor cash flow expenditure. Requirements and Qualifications :
1. Education background S1 / S2 Mechanical Engineer
2. Experience min 7 - 9 years
3. Fluent in English language will have added advantage.
4. Should have worked as Project Engineer for small or medium scale project in a continuous process industries / EPC contractors / Consultant.
5. Should have good knowledge on International standard for design, Materials, Fabrication, and Dimension.
6. Able to design and make the Equipment and Piping layout, Isometric, Support, MTO, etc. independently.
7. Should have through knowledge on various software's i.e. MS Windows, Office, Project, SAP, AutoCAD etc.
n SENIOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER (1 PERSON)
Business justification : Should be responsible for all the Civil Structural Design and Detailed Engineering activities. Should be responsible for all Expansion and Modification projects, Maintenance improvement etc. for a continuous Chemical process plant.Should have sufficient knowledge on the Civil and Steel structural design methods for industrial buildings, procedures to be followed during design & detailing. Requirements and Qualifications :
1. Education background S1/S2 Civil Engineering.
2. Experience 6 - 8 years.
3. Should be fluent in English.
4. Should have worked as Civil Design Engineer / Senior Design Engineer in a continuous Chemical process industries / EPC contractors / Design Consultant
5. Should have good knowledge on all National and International standard required for design & engineering activities.
6. Should be familiar with all leading Civil design software's and should have knowledge : STAD-Pro, ETAB, AutoCAD, SAP 2000, MS Project, MS Office.
7. Should have good knowledge on Geo-technical, Soil movement, Soil settlement, etc.
8. Should have sufficient knowledge on Plant Safety requirement, PPE, etc. while designing and working at site.
n MECHANIC CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (4 PEOPLE)
Business justification : Should be supervise fabrication, erection, & testing of equipment. Piping and structure at site for timely and safely completion of CAPEX Project. Create material reservation in SAP and issuing work permit to contractors. Requirements and Qualification :
1. Education background S1 or D3 Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience 5 - 8 years.
3. Should be fluent in English
4. Monitor work progress and take counter measures if any violation from planned schedule.
5. Preparation of test reports and progress reports.
6. Monitor contractor's safety preparation at site.
Monitor and report material status, also Record and return balance material of completed projects to stores.
n Instrument Engineer (1 person)
Business justification : to provide technical services for: reliable of management maintenance of instrument and max availability of instrument equipment within safety standard.
Requirements and Qualifications :
1. Education background min S1 Instrumentation/Electronic Engineering
2. Experience min 5 years.
3. To develop and implement of instrument maintenance strategies.
4. Able to working with SAP system is advantage.
5. To manage instrument activities and achieved its target.
6. To provide professional technical and administrative assistance in collaboration with other maintenance departments and production to meet the company's targets.
n CIVIL DRAFTSMAN (1 PERSON)
Business justification :Required to support additional Capex Projects. Familiar with Chemical plant with safely process. Maintenance improvement for chemical plant standard.
Requirements and Qualifications :
1. Education background D3 Civil Engineering.
2. Experience 7 years.
3. Should be fluent in English.
4. Should have worked as AutoCAD Draftsman / Designer specialist for civil and structural work for small and medium scale project.
5. Should have good experience in making drawings in AutoCAD for layout, cross section, detailing, mapping/contour.
6. Able to make all site measurements, change layout to suite site requirements, produce as-built drawing.
7. Should aware all safety requirements while working at site.
n MECHANIC ENGINEER (4 PEOPLE)
Business justification : Should be supervise fabrication, erection, & testing of equipment. Piping and structure at site for timely and safely completion of CAPEX Project. Create material reservation in SAP and issuing work permit to contractors. Requirements and Qualification :
