Due to our Upcoming Recruitment and Assessment Projects, we are inviting dedicated individuals from all over Indonesia to join our dynamic team as:
ASSOCIATE ASSESSORS
This position will be involved in various recruitment and assessment projects all over Indonesia (on project based)
General Requirements:
- Male/Female, minimum 32 years of age
- Master degree in Psychology, having Assessor Certification and SIPP (Surat Ijin Praktek Psikologi) preferable
- Having min. 4 years experience as Assessment team and/or as Assessor
- Good level of English and Computer literacy
- Having a good understanding of Assessment Center methods preferable
- Able to write assessment report with good formatting in the Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and/or with team, and having good interpersonal, communication, observation, and interviewing skills
- Willing to be assigned to projects in various cities all over Indonesia (on project based).
