QHSE Operational Support (Executive)

 

PT. Altus Logistics Services Indonesia is a leading provider of integrated logistics services to the Energy sector in Indonesia.  Our company has grown in Indonesia and Southeast Asia over the years and continues to expand worldwide to encompass over 700 employees and 35 offices in 11 countries. 

 

We are searching for a QHSE Operational Support to support QHSE Department in maintain all HSE document (including all document for audit and tender purpose etc) and field operational at all Company project at site. This position will be based in Jakarta and reporting to Head of QHSE Department.  Candidate for this position will be expected to:

• Able to assist in updating, controlling, and monitoring HSE documented information system and QHSE data base including but not limited to training, PPE, vehicle, equipment, and inspection.
• Able to support QHSE Audit (IMS certification, customer audit, internal audit) and incident investigation process and reporting.
• Able to support HSE Department for HSE tender document, CSMS, Clarification meeting, etc.

• Able to support HSE field operation for all company's project site over Indonesia.
• Willing to do business travel all over Indonesia (if required by the Company).
• Hired status as a contract employee. 

Your Profile and Strengths: Graduated with Diploma/Bachelor degree in Public Health/Environmental engineering and have 1 – 2 year experienced in QHSE.  You can combine can combine operational needs and corporate policies in an administrative order that regular and systematic.
