[Job-Vacancy] Lowongan "Operation Manager"

 

OPERATION MANAGER

JOB DESC

-          Making plan, maintain and monitor the manufacturing process

-          Ensure production costs are maintained at appropriate level – coordination with finance department

-          Ensure the readiness of maintenance includes time, cost and quality of company's assets is managed in accordance with technical standards

-          Ensure consistency of product quality

-          Develop operation reports.

-          Ensure the implementation of vision, mission and values of Operation Department

-          Manage subordinate's task and responsibility allocation

-          Manage performance of subordinates

-          Identify and develop talents including identifying needed training

-          Ensure implementation of quality management system & HSE in all activity

 

 

QUALIFICATION

-          Bachelor degree or equivalent professional degree from engineering

-          Having min 5 years experience as operation manager/production manager, preferably in manufacturing company (carton box / offset printing / customer goods / packaging)

-          Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company's vision and mission.

-          Willing to be placed at all site area (Tangerang / Cibitung / Karawang)
