1. Draughtman ( 3 pax )
2. Senior Draughtman ( 3 pax )
3. Material Coordinator ( 2 pax )
The material coordinator shall have experience of at least 10 years to develop and manage the site materials management system .
He shall be familiar with:
- Material storage and control
- Material delivery and receipt
- Material requisition and tracking at item level
- Expediting
- Materials reconciliation
4. Field Engineer ( 2 pax )
5. Scheduler ( 2 pax )
• The scheduler must have demonstrable experience and shall be expert in using Primavera or Microsoft Project (or equivalent) planning software (latest version) in the overall scheduling work, contract administration and onshore/offshore shutdown planning and brown field construction, and a minimum of 10 years experience in these areas.
• The scheduler shall assist the planning coordinator in producing, maintaining and updating accurate detailed construction schedule as well as skilful in analyzing and preparing critical path analysis, Gantt Charts, progress and forecast reports for monitoring work progress.
• In the absence of the planning coordinator, the scheduler shall be expected to cover all the Planning Coordinator's duties and responsibilities.
