A top tier bank is looking for an IT Business Analyst who has experience in HP Service Manager for their Singapore office.  This is a permanent position, direct employment with the bank.

 

Mandatory Skills:
3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting banking applications;
Certification in ITIL;
Experienced in HP Service Manager v7.11 or higher;
Familiar with source code management tools and web technologies;
Background in technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Unix, WinTel and HP Non-Stop OS;
Good communication skills in English, both oral and written;
Able to analyze company data; understand business needs, problems and business opportunities; and to provide suggestions and solutions to improve business;
A team player who can thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment.
 
Desirable Skill(s): 
Experienced in core banking systems such as GBS;
Strong analytical and product management skills.
 
Job Responsibilities: 
The successful candidate shall:

Discuss and follow up with stakeholders for documenting requirements;
Communicate requirements to vendors and developers;
Conduct and/or supervise testing of systems and interfaces;
Assist in data migration and implementation;
Manage and develop change requests;
Provide level 3 support on back office related applications;
Assist the project manager in preparing project plans;
Provide regular status reporting to management.
