Related to our building extension, THE LUXTON BANDUNG 4*hotel is URGENTLY REQUIRED for "High Qualified" candidates to fill up position bellows=

SALES MANAGER (SM); MICE/BANQUET MANAGER (MM/BM); ASST. PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER (APRM); FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (FBM); and HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)
CRITERIA=
Result oriented, tough & like challenge; Holding potential accounts of Jakarta markets is a must; Honest & fully committed (for SM/MM/BM);

Expert in making press release/advertises; Capable to create promotion program based on media plan, budget & expense; Having an ability to make marketing collaterals; and Having a close relationship with potential medias and journalists is a must (for APRM);

Result oriented; Having a crowd is an advantageous; Knowing about cost/expense/profit; Having close relationship with valuable suppliers; Knowing about F&B menu varieties; Familiar with an international standard service; Capable to make strategy and action plan (for FBM);

Having bank data of potential resources; Familiar in making staff and management packages within the hospitality industry; Knowing about labour law; Ability to make Employee Handbook/SPKB (for HRM).

Max. 35 yo; Excellent english verbal & written; Min. 1 year experienced in similar position (at starring hotel preferably); High motivated, energetic and goal oriented; Mature, firm with a pleasant personality; Well groom; Can work in a TEAM; All positions will be based in Bandung.
