PT. Mitra Buana Komputindo, our company is one of system integrator (IT company) dealing with many corporation and project. To support our business, we are seeking dynamic and integrity persons to fill our vacant positions as follow :
1. ADMIN GA (GA-ADM)
· Female, max. 30 years old
· Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
· Well experienced min. 1 year in the same position
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Good command in English, min. passive
· Having good knowledge in Ms. Office
· Have initiative and hard worker
· Willing to be placed at Rasuna Said, Kuningan area
2. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (HR-PD)
Responsibilities
- Planning and developing effective training programs dan employee development plan based on individual's and organization's needs.
- Evaluating training programs dan employee development plan
Requirements
- Male/Female, min. 25 years old
- Hold Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology
- Well experienced min. 2-3 years in handling Training and Employee Development
- Good command in English, both spoken and written
- Computer literate
· Hard worker and able to interact professionally with all level of people
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
3. ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACC)
· Male / Female, maximum 28 years old
· Minimum Diploma degree majoring Accountancy with GPA > 2.75
· Having experience in the same position minimum 2 years especially to handle cash taxes
· Careful and have initiative
· Willing to work overtime
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Good command in English, both spoken and written
- Computer literate
· Hard worker and have initiatives
4. CUSTOMER HELPDESK (SUP-HP)
· Male / female max 30 years old
· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
· At least 1-2 of years' experience in service desk / technical desk support
· Good communication skills
· Good support knowledge in Microsoft products, email system, MS Windows OS and Office suite of product
· Having knowledge in Service Desk application or other Helpdesk applications
· Good Knowledge in IT Desktop Peripherals (PC, Notebook, Printer, Scanner, etc)
· Good knowledge in various business application environment
· Customer focus, with exceptionally good customer service, inter-personal and telephony skills sets
· Process oriented
· Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment
· Able to multitasked
· Team player who is self-motivated, self-disciplined and initiative
5. NETWORK ENGINEER (DEP-NE)
· Male, max 35 years old
· Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering ( Computer / Telecommunication ), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
· Good command in English, both spoken and written
· Good skills in internet application and concept
· Ability to configure and troubleshoot with network equipment such as router, switch, firewall, etc
· CCNA, CCNP or other international certification is preferable
· Knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI 7-layer
· Working experience min 2 years
· Strong experience in level 2 customer support and trouble ticket escalation ( at least 1 years )
· Able to show network knowledge deeply, such as IP Networking, Routing ( Adaptive ) and Addressing
· Strong knowledge and experience in Routing protocols like OSPF, TCP, RIP etc
- Support of multi-vendor networking products
· Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
· Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization.
· Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. SERVICE ADMIN (OP-ADM)
· Maximum 27 years old
· Minimum Diploma degree
· Having experience in the same position minimum 1 year (will be preferred)
· Having networking and knowledge in IT product
· Good command in English
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
