Business Advisor (BA)

Responsibilities:

a. To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers.

b. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing & cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

a. Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry

b. Good skill in communication, negotiation, presentation and in influencing others

Marketing Development Representative (MDR)

This position will identify and select market or potential investor in its area, conducted sales pitch and business model presentation, investor assessment, business development adviser and acquire Investor

Requirements:

a. 2 years experience in similar field, business development or key account in banking

b. Has a good presentation, interpersonal skill, and negotiation skill.

Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

Responsibilities:

a. Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory (meet targets)

b. Provide support for the Regional Superintendent.

c. Provide direction to (distributor) salesman

Requirements:

a. 3 years sales experience

b. Knowledge of cement

c. Knowledge of business environment
