Business Development Manager
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
· Acknowledged for well-defined understanding of the General Insurance business and capacity to identify and align clients' needs with company products and services;Acknowledged for well-defined understanding of the General Insurance business and capacity to identify and align clients' needs with company products and services.
· Established General Insurance business relations with corporate clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long-term customer loyalty and worked towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently.
· Identify new business opportunities, and provide leadership in identifying, capturing and conducting new business to inspire organizational growth beyond existing capacities.
· Maintain the business portfolio risk profile within agreed parameters at all times, and be able to identify suitable prospects, explore new opportunity within prospect by identifying the right target and providing suitable business proposition as well as innovative product development.
Requirements:
· Male or Female, age max. 40 years old.
· Graduate degree preferred, proven sales record and evidence of current client(s) essential within 6 – 8 years working experience.
· Demonstrated experience in market analysis, business development, proposal development, and project management.
· Creativity in technical problem solving and business development/marketing activities.
· Highly motivated and able to develop relationships with co-workers, management and clients.
· Positive team attitude and ability to collaborate with others to incorporate and enhance technical capital outside area of primary expertise.
· High achievement drive, Result oriented, Achieving results through collaboration, Strong initiative & teamwork, Persistent.
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must.
· Proficient in English both oral & written.
