Our client is an established German PMA company specializing in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) for the power generation industry, in addition to machinery trading of various brands of gas engines, boilers and turbines. It maintains branches in key locations within Indonesia and operates subsidiaries within Southeast Asia with its major areas of expertise being Energy, Food, Textile and Wood. It urgently requires the immediate services of:

                                          Executive Secretary

• Female, preferably Single and maximum 35 years old.
• Bi-lingual, ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus
• Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretary or any other related field
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in secretarial/personal assistant is required for this position and must be able to simultaneously serve one or more superiors.
• The candidate must have an excellent communication skill; possess good filing system and office administration skill; a multi-tasker.
• We are looking for well groom, dynamic, energetic, highly disciplined, self-motivated candidates who have strong integrity and persistency to cope with very high work standard demands. A person who will never settle for average work performance and result.
• Ability to get things done without supervision; high initiative level.
• Can work under pressure and long hours (as needed)

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
