A 4 star hotel in Kalimantan (106 rooms) is currently looking for GENERAL MANAGER with the following qualification:
Responsibilities:
- Sets up standard operating procedures and ensure that all standards are being maintained .
- Ensures all team members meet and exceed all hotel requirements.
- Oversees the operation of all departments .
- Ensures a viable key control program is in place.
- Provides a safe working environment and Open Door policies.
- Oversees all finance and accounting functions, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, payroll and ordering procedures, end of period and banking procedures.
- Review financial statements,sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure production and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Complies with all corporate accounting procedures .
- Sets clear performance expectations with the corporate directors.
- Understands the market in Kalimantan area and assist marketing to maximize revenues .
- Takes proactive app roaches when dealing with employee concerns.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required Languages : English, Bahasa Indonesia – verbal and written.
- At Least (8) eight years of working experience in the related field.
- Candidate must be willing to work long-term in Kalimantan area.
- Minimum of (5) five years experience in Hotel General Manager Position of a reputable 3-star hotel or higher.
- Must be committed to working during extended hours as needed including weekends and nights.
- Full-Time position.
- Age is not more than 45 years
