Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15 years, employing more than 800 staff in the programs and serving 1,400 of the poorest villages.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is a local humanitarian organization that implements most of World Vision programs in Indonesia. World Vision is one of the world's largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations. It has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing on programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions :

1. Chief Audit Executive (Code: CAE)

Location : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Major Roles:

Implement Global Internal Audit (GIA) and the national office's vision and strategy for auditing risks by partnering with key stakeholders in promoting good stewardship over funding received. This position is also accountable for developing and executing the annual risk based integrated audit (RBIA) plan of the national office

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must
Min. 4-5 years of managerial experience in auditing that includes risk based audit
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
Excellent communication in English

2. Education Specialist KALBAR (Code: Edu-KALBAR)

Location : Pontianak , Kalimantan Barat

Major Roles :

Education Specialist is responsible for improving the quality of educational programming within the region, by developing strategies and ensure the effective implementation of educational projects in accordance with regional context.

Qualifications :

Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Education with a minimum of 2 years experience in educational programming
Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, advocacy, and communication skills
Good command in English (oral and written)
Understanding Humanitarian Industry

3. Project Coordinator of INVOLVE ( Integrated Initiatives for Under 2 Children Health Projet) (Code: INVOLVE)

Location : Palu , Sulawesi Tengah

Major Roles:

This position is responsible for managing the health project with focused for under two years children. This Project will raise awareness and change the behavior of caregivers or parents and health institution. The Project is done through especially by infant and child feeding and integrated management of childhood illness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Health or Nutrition
3 yeard experience in Health and Social Development Project
Good communication skill
Excellent interpersonal, representational and networking skills and cross cultural sensitivity

4. DME Specialist (Code: DME-Sulmal)

Location : Maluku, SUlawesi

Major Roles :

To support WVIndonesia's strategic mandates to "strengthen our grass roots field capacity and ministry" by supporting Area Development Programs and projects in implementing DME task including good quality monitoring and reporting, that is well-documented meets partnership standards (DME/LEAP) and is used for accountability, improved management decisions, and organizational learning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree, Statistic education background id preferable
Min. 1 years of experience in development program
Minimum 2 years of experienced in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DME) task
Understand, able and in advance using statistics methods and software
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills

5. Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator ( Code: MONEV)

Location: NTT, Papua, Sulawesi-Maluku

Major Roles:

responsible for planning and implementing the Area Development Program (ADP) monitoring, evaluation and learning plan and also ensure all monitoring and evaluation are in alignment with relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectoral, disaster preparedness plan, etc.), policies (e.g. ministry policies, child sponsorship) and standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree
2 Years Experience in project design, implementation, evaluation, report writing and resources
Have experience in advocacy and networking
Good communication skills

6. Accountant (Code: ACC)

Location : NTT (Manggarai, Sikka) , Papua

Major Roles:

Responsible for implementing and to help Area Development Program Manager (ADPM) to control ADP financial process and ensure the alignment with relevant policies and standard. He/she should also improve community capacity in financial management as well as established transparent and accountable financial system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
Min. 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance
Willingness to relocate at any location of World Vision Indonesia ministry area.

7. Advocacy Specialist (Code: ADV-NTT)

Location : Kupang, NTT

Major Roles :

To provide overall leadership and technical support to WVIDN's advocacy as cross-cutting and/or as project, ensuring projects and staff meets performance goals by increasing accountability and quality in a way that reflects World Vision's core values, mission and strategic directions. This position also maintain and enhance the role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding to child needs in Indonesia as related to WV Indonesia Strategy.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Works, Management
Min. 2 year experiences in humanitarian aid or advocacy works or working in community development/TD works;
Understanding the Humanitarian industry
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills

8. Project Coordinator of INFOCUS PROJECT ( Code: PCI)

Location : Sumba Timur, NTT

Major Roles :

Responsible to support ADP team for planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation 1 or more sector projects that contribute to the achieve of Area Development Program goals and also support the team to ensure project promotes quality, empowering and sustainable development in alignment relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectoral, disaster preparedness plan, etc.), policies(e.g. ministry policies, child sponsorship, DME management policy, etc.) and standards (e.g. IPM, LEAP, sponsorship service, financial, etc.).

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in forestry, agriculture and environment
Minimum 2 years of sectoral/appropriate professional experience
Previous experience in development facilitation for communities and understand Sumba/NTT context is an advantage.
Experience in advocacy and networking in an advantage
Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing

9. Maternal Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN ) Coordinator (Code: MCHN - TTU)

Location : Timur Tengah Utara , NTT

Major Roles:

this position is responsible to improve the quality of maternal child health programming and nutrition in Area Development Program (ADP) by contributing in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Maternal Child Health and nutrition project in ADP.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Public Health , Nutrition or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Health or Nutrition Program
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills
