HR MANAGER
 
Responsibility
1. Monitoring Recruitment Progress
2. Monitoring KPI Staff
3. Planning & Implementation of HR Development
4. Monitoring of Process Hiring
5. Control the Employment Agreement Process
6. Handing Internal Issue & Employee/Industrial Relation
7. Analyzing Resources Needs based on Project
8. Report to GM & Director
 
 
Requirements
• Female
• Below  35 years old
• Min height 170 cm
• Mandarin and English proficiency (Mandarin is preferable)
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or above, in Human Resources Management/Law
• Has working in company with over 250 employees
• Experiences over than 5 years in HR
• Able to handle HR issue by following the Manpower Department Regulation
• Detail oriented, assertive, able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
• Proficient in MS office applications is a must
• Available to join immediately
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines
• 1 Full-time position available
 
 
Additional Information:
