SENIOR LTE NPO ENGINEER
Responsibility
1. To take charge of routine radio network optimization independently.
2. To make specific technical plan/solution for important network activity (Such as system upgrade, expansion, Swap etc.
3. Follow up the solution review, evaluation and activity's implementation.
4. To recognize and escalate network Performance issue and assist in troubleshooting.
5. To collect and abstract customer requirement for product and service's involvement and optimization.
6. To provide technical consulting and necessary training for customer.
7. To be the interface with customer's optimization technical team and undertake internal delivery KPI.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring Telecommunication or Computer.
2. Familiar with routine LTE optimization software, Such as Excel, MapInfo, TEMS Investigation/Discovery and NEMO Outdoor/Analyze
3. Good communication skill, team work spirit.
4. Good pressure endurance, strain capacity and creative ability.
5. Fluent written and spoken English
6. At least 3 years work experience on LTE Optimization domain, Optimization Manager/Team leader in project of Top_3 national wise operator highly preferred.
7. Nokia/Huawei/Ericsson LTE NPO 2 years+ experience must be required.
8. Able to work out of Jakarta for long-term & willing to be assigned to anywhere as project requirement
