PT ARCHETYPE CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS INDONESIA
We are a multinational company with our major business is a multidisciplinary construction consultancy.
Due to our rapid project expansion in Bali is having requirement : for professionals, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated candidate to fill the following position :
Civil / Structure Engineer/Supervisor
Competencies :
- Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Be a licensed Structural Engineer or eligible to become a licensed engineer.
- Years of experience: Level I: Minimum of 1 Year post graduate experience; Level II: Minimum 3 Years Post Graduate Experience; Level III: Minimum of 5 Years Post Graduate Experience; Level IV: Minimum of 7 Years Post Graduate Experience.
- Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment.
- Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hoursand ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of Structural Engineering Analysis & Design software packages (preferably ETABS,\SAFE, RAPT, SPACEGASS, PLAXIS or SAP 2000) as well as CAD and general office software packages.
- Intermediate knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards.·
- Intermediate leadership skills with the ability to manage teams with a strong results-orientation.
- Intermediate written and spoken communication skills with a minimum basic understanding of English.
- Previous experience within design teams and on Author's Supervision duties.
Site Finishes Supervisor
Competencies :
- Degree qualified in engineering or equivalent work experience (supervisor level).
- 3+ years experience in construction/site environment. Including main contractor works.
- Intermediate time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes on occasion.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collate materials into a template report.
- Basic working knowledge of software Excel Autocad & word.
- Team player and able to adapt to changes within the construction process.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred.
Design Coordinator
Competencies :
- Degree qualified in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
- 10+ years experience in site based Design Management/Coordination.
- Maintain an Intermediate knowledge of design requirements and specifications.
- Good analytic, Intermediate attention to detail, particularly in respect to design management .
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports and meeting minutes.
- Intermediate client and design consultant management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and inter-personal skills.
- Intermediate working knowledge of software used in project management design including AutoCAD, Revit, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
Document Controller
Competencies :
- Prefer woman
- Degree qualified in Information Management, Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years experience in site based Document Management.
- Maintain an Advanced knowledge of document management system in a construction environment.
- Advanced attention to detail, particularly in respect to document referencing and filing.
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports.
- Intermediate working knowledge of software used in document control management including Team Binder, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
Safety Engineer
Competencies:
- Degree qualified in Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in site HSE management.
- Maintain an intermediate knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Intermediate skills in ensuring compliance including the confidence to strictly administer HSE systems and close sites if necessary.
- Intermediate attention to detail, particularly in respect to HSE requirements of Archetype Group and site contractors.
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports.
- Intermediate client and contractor management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and inter-personal skills.
- Intermediate working knowledge of software used in project management including: Team Binder, Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
