Position Available : Administrative Assistant (central Jakarta)
Employment : permanent with 3 months probession
Reporting Supervisor : Admin Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration/management/secretary
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS word, excel and power point) and email
- Organize and understand bookkeeping, and filling system
- Good communication skill
- Age min 27 minimum and 35 max
- Female
- Able to work under pressure due to deadline works
Job Description
Project admin will work to assist Admin Manager and to support a department and/or Leadership team. Duties include clerical, administration, documentation, filling, bookkeeping, and day to day work

Responsibilities & Duties
- Create ad modify documents using Ms Office
- Filling book keeping report
- Project administration preparation for tender/bid purposed
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Maintain hard copy and electronic files
- Other duties as assigned
