Secretary /Personnal Assistance for Expatriate
Job Desc:
Helping Head of Operation (Expatriate) in daily task, arrange important documents and contacts , Arrange meeting for external & internal parties, prepare meeting schedule for Director
Job Requirement:
1. Female, maksimal 35 years old.
2. Min bachelor degree from any major or Academy Secretary
3. Experience min 3-4 years in similiar position
4. Mature, independent, self motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
5. Fluent in English both oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill
6. Computer literate, Ms. Word & Ms. Excel
7. Will be placed at West Jakarta
