Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Our product are herbal products and establish in Indonesia since 2008. We are market leader in Brain's Vitamin herbal product.
We're searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we're looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
We're looking for managers who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.
Requirements:
1. Max 35 years old
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as Business Deleopment executive/Teacher/Detailer
3. Must possess strong customer service skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication
5. Must have good negotiation skills
6. Must be able to create good presentations
7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
8. Must be detail oriented and an active listener
9. Ability to work under pressure
10. Ability to operate Computer (Microdsoft Office : Excel, Words and Power point)
