Recruitment Specialist

 

Main task:

To fulfill the manpower request for Head Office and Branches up to managerial level at the soonest possible time following the company's standard.

 

Requirements:

- Min S1 degree in Psychology

- Min 5 years working experience as Recruiter, other related HR involvement would be a plus point.

- Experience in conduct and interpret Psychological and profiling test

- Experience in competency based interview

- Experience in managing various sourcing activities ( newspaper, job fairs, campus recruitment, head hunting, etc)

- Independent, decisive, able to work under minimum supervision, possess good communication and interpersonal skills

- Available for routine business trip across Indonesia
