Legal Specialist
Position Purpose:
Prepares legal drafts, reviews legal documents and provide legal advice for company purpose. Conducts legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project in RPX group
The Requirements are :
· Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law
· Minimum 1-2 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core
· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
· Computer literate and English fluency
· Technical and practical knowledge in legal aspects and matters
· Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
· Ability to deal with complexity while maintaining composure
· Good time management
· Service oriented and pro-active
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
