PT. Chartis Insurance Indonesia is currently looking for the right person to fulfill some positions below:

1.

Business Solution Group

 

Responsibilities:

- Understanding business processes and map the process flows

-  Identifying improvement opportunities on business processes

-  Driving process improvement and change management initiatives

The candidate should:

-  At least bachelor degree of Arts majoring in Industrial Engineering, IT or Similar background from reputable university.

-  Min. 3 years experience in Financial Industry (Banking/Insurance) or Management Consultant

-  Fluency in English both written (business correspondence) and verbal is a must

-  Minimum age is 27 year old

-  Nice and mature personality

-  Experience in managing multiple projects and capability to identify projected benefits (tangible and intangible) is a major plus

-  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels

-  Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment

- Can do attitude and positive thinking

2.

MARKETING ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Developing and coordinating of the use of analytical techniques in assessing and optimizing performance of marketing operations, including direct, sponsored and intermediated channels.
• Overseeing customer segmentation efforts to assist Profit Center in the development of targeted and profitable product offerings.
• Overseeing campaign data management and provision of marketing data warehouse resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferably in IT, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering
• 1-2 years experiences as Marketing Analyst, preferably in insurance industry
• Strong computer skill in MS. Excel formula and SQL script
• Must be highly numerate, quick, independent self starter and have analyst background
• Familiar with business intelligence concepts & techniques, data mining/statistical modeling skills and exposure to data warehouse tools & methodologies
• Good & Effective oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to perform with minimum supervision

3.

Bank Partnership Account Executive

 

Responsibilities:

q  Develop new account/client

q  To achieve target and sign up with account for strategic and long term business

q  Responsible in handling administrative things related to account such as drafting proposal, agreement, report and other documents related

q  Give presentation and training to account regarding business development

The candidate should:

q  At least bachelor degree in any major from reputable university.

q  Min. 5 years experience as Account Executive

q  Minimum age is 30 year old

q  Fluency to speak English

q  Nice and mature personality

q  Highly motivated, team player, have a strong interpersonal skills and competent of dealing with people

q  Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment

q  Can do attitude and positive thinking
