Senior Resources Development Manager

The candidate should posses a Psychology background with practical knowledge and experience in Human �Resources Planning, Recruitment and Selection and learning activities. You will report directly to VP Human Resources and working alongside with other divisional heads and HR Manager in Business Units.

�

Responsibilities:

-�� Support the Group future direction through the design, development and implementation of Resource Development (RD) initiatives to build people and organization capability� in order to support growth across the Group

-�� As HR business partner leads and manages the people management related agenda at the business units. As HR Business Partner leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication.

�Requirements:

10-12 years of solid experiences in Human Resources Planning, Recruitment and Selection areas, including minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Manager in similar role. Exposed in HR Business Partner role is preferred.
Psychologist , graduated from reputable� or well recognized University
Preferably was well exposed in the Property, Energy, Industrial or Consumer Products industries with minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar role.
Preferably is well exposed in family business.
Familiar and able to utilize effective psychological assessment tools for selection as well as for development purpose.
Experience in managing recruitment and selection process and implementation of Assessment center.
Experience in managing learning program in the corporate level or Business Unit.
Good command of English, both spoken and written..
Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels, especially senior management.
Good analytical skills.
Proactive, deadline oriented and ability to produce results under a tight deadline.
Highly independent and self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision.�
