Receptionist and General Administration

  • Single Female, max. 25 years old
  • Min S1 Accountancy  with GPA 3.00
  • With minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist or Administration
  • Excellent in English both written & spoken is a must 
  • Able to operate high volume multi-line telephone and facsimile system.
  • Excellent software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Excellent communication on phone and in person in a courteous manner 
  • Hard working and result oriented 
  • Self-motivated, initiative, flexible, independent 
  • Preferred domicile at Bekasi & South Jakarta
Customer Care
Responsibilities:

  • Menghubungi customer
  • Membuat jadwal service, trouble shooting
  • Berkoordinasi dengan teknisi, customer dan manajemen dengan baik
  • Menerima dan membuat laporan comlplain.
  • Mempersiapkan dokumen dan membuat laporan
Requirements:
  • Lulusan S1. Komunikasi/ Marketing
  • Perempuan max 30 tahun
  • Berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Berbahasa inggris lebih disukai
  • Menyukai administrasi dan pengarsipan rapi
  • Mampu mengelola tekanan
  • Bekerja dalam target
  • Supel

LAB. ANALYST - CIKARANG

  • Male, Maximum ages are 28 years old  
  • Bachelor Degree of Chemical Major
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a Lab Analyst
  • Good in English & MS. Office. Able to operate Lab equipment
  • Knowledge in ISO system & HACCP is an advantage
  • Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative
  • Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English languages in spoken and written
  • Preferred domicile at Cikarang area
