Accounting & Tax Staff

 

Responsibilities :

·         Analyze data and documents of daily transaction

·         Analyze and entries daily financial transactions into company's accounting software

·         Reconcile all bank accounts and the company's bank reconciliation reports

·         Understand the financial reporting process started into action with a journal to the financial statements

·         Understand the process of closing the financial statements

 

Requirements :

·         Female, Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Accounting / Tax with minimum GPA 3.00

·         Good English proficiency both verbal and written is a must

·         At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·         Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·         Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross – department team

·         Good analytical, communication skills, and persistent

·         Experienced in Certified Public Accounting Firm

 

Internship Program

Web Content  Administrator

 

Responsibilities :

·         Create, develop and manage content for organization's web presence

·         Monitor website content and ensure information displays on the website is accurate and current

·         Maintain and update a website with various postings

·         Edit the writings or revise content of the website

 

Requirements :

·         Minimum Diploma Degree major of English, Public Relation, Journalism,  Computer Science / Informatics Management or related field (College's  student welcome to apply)

·         Good English proficiency both verbal and written is a must

·         Excellent communication skills, good in details, well organized and accurate

·         Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·         Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross – department team
