Our client is a regional health care player that adopts a non-invasive approach through focus on the musculoskeletal area instead of the use of drugs or chemicals. It has recently opened 7 clinics in Jakarta and another 2 clinics in Surabaya and with its astounding success, it now seeks to expand in key cities throughout Indonesia and appoint:

CLINIC ASSISTANTS

Jakarta Raya

 

Responsibilities:

·         Attend to phone calls and handle all phone enquiries with tact.

·         Provide assistance to Doctors and fellow colleagues.

·         Update of patient data and transactions in the system.

·         Handle registration and scheduling of patients' appointments.​

 

Requirements:

·         Female aged between 20 to 25 years old, Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder, open to fresh graduates

·         Fluent in English as she will act as the interpreter between the expatriate Doctors and non-English speaking patients

·         Must be outgoing, positive and flexible

·         Must possess adaptable traits, can work independently and as a member of a team.

 

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
