· Master Degree/S2 (HR/Finance/Marketing/ Strategic Management) from reputable university
· Min 4 years working experience from reputable consultation/training firm
· Possess a proven track record both concept mastery and hands on application
· Experience in research will be an advantage
JUNIOR CONSULTANT
· Female/Male, age 24 - 30 years old
· Master Degree/S2 (HR/Finance/ Marketing/ Strategic Management)
· Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

ASSESSMENT CONSULTANT
· Female/Male, minimum 26 years old
· Min. Bachelor degree in (Psychology) with professional Degree or Master Degree
· Having min. 2 years experience as Assessment Coordinator/Assesor
· Should be able to develop Assessment Tools and have a good understanding of Assessment Center methods
· Able to write and edit Assessment report with good formatting in the Microsoft Office
EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT
· Female/Male, age 26-35 years old
· Bachelor degree from reputable university
· Having min. 2 year experience in the executive search or recruitment activities preferable
· Understand business landscape
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
· Female/Male, age min. 24 years old
· Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university (Psychology degree will be an advantage)
· Min. 1 year experience as Recruiter
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
· Female/Male, age min. 24 years old
· Diploma or bachelor degree from reputable university
· Min. 2 years experience in handling marketing/selling B2B or Corporate
· Having extensive high-level business network
ADMIN OFFICER
· Female, age min. 20 years old
· Diploma or bachelor degree from reputable university
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Detail oriented
GENERAL REQUIEREMENT:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both Indonesian and English
- Mastering other foreign language will be advantage
- Excellent in using Computer program (Ms. Office, internet browsing and social media network)
- Target oriented, Hard worker, Pleasant personality
- Dynamic, Mature and able to work in team as well as independently
