PT. PETRO BANGUN ENGINEERING is oil Services Company, which is located at South Jakarta – TB Simatupang. Now PBE needs a human resource as:
HR COORDINATOR
Job duties:
1) Assure that Company Regulation valid and updated in according to Government Regulation of Manpower, and remind the Management as well as employees to implement the Company Regulation.
2) Handle any matter about employees' rights according to Government Regulation of Manpower, including but not only BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and Annual Manpower Report.
3) Becomes a good communicator between Management and employees, especially in handling employees' grievance, referring to Company Regulation and Government Regulation of Manpower.
4) Accomplish all duties related to recruitment activities, from sourcing until employee placement, including produce the Working Agreement.
5) Doing all matters about employees' claim & overtime
Job requirements:
1) Have experience as HR Coordinator or HR Supervisor for minimum 3 years
2) Understand all HR matters, such as : recruitment, training, industrial relationship, employee benefit
3) Comfortable in communicating with all level people
4) Familiar with Government Regulation of Manpower in Indonesia
5) Willing to work overtime when needed
