Purchasing Staf

Job Requirement:

1.       Candidate must possess at least a diploma, any field

2.       Required languange: Indonesia, English min passive

3.       Have a good computer skill, eager to learn

4.       At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

5.       Preferebly staff speciallizing in purchasing/inventory/Material & warehouse management equivalent

6.       Responsible for process purchase order

7.       Able to negociate price with related parties

 

 

Finance Manager

Job Desc:

1.         Provide financial reporting and financial analysis on all aspects of business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

2.         Provide financial advice and counsel to all functional components in areas such as accounting, profit and loss measurement, investment, and expense control to assure consistent practices

3.         Manage and develop the finance team of 2-3 direct reports

 

4.         Provide financial reporting and financial analysis on all aspects of business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

5.         Provide financial advice and counsel to all functional components in areas such as accounting, profit and loss measurement, investment, and expense control to assure consistent practices

Accounting Manager

Job Desc:

1.       Manage and control all matters related with Accounting and tax

2.       Overseeing the GL section and maintain the fixed assets register

3.        Involved in full spectrum of closing activities including processing of accrual and period-end journals.

4.        Prepare audit schedules, costs and expenses breakdown.

5.       Review intercompany accounts and transactions.

6.       Prepare tax report, management reporting and performs trend analysis.

7.       Assist in the annual budget and preparation of budget P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

8.       Prepare statutory financial statement, consolidation reporting pack and work closely with auditors and external parties on financial and accounting issue 

9.    Supervise Tax department

10.  Training/supervise team members concerning Company's accounting procedures and policies

11.  Handle fixed asset, AR, AP

12. Establish company budget and handle budget controlling

Job Requirement for Finance Manager & Accounting Manager

1.       Min bachelor degree Accounting or Finance

2.       Min 5 years in Managerial position

3.       Age max 40 years and preferebly experience at contractor civil or property and developer

4.       Computer literate, Ms. Word & Ms. Excel, program finance & accounting

5.       Communicative, and good leadership.
