A national group of companies comprising land clearing contractors, constructions, coal mining and palm oil plantation, is currently seeking for the following position:
Human Resources Manager
based in Jakarta, occasional travels to remote sites (Kalimantan, Papua, etc.)
Job Descriptions :
Managing all aspects of Human Resources functions from recruitment to termination and maintaining / developing the HR Information System
Requirements:
- Min. S-1 Graduate (Bachelor's degree).
- Good English language skills (oral and written)
- Willing to travel to remote sites, e.g., Kalimantan, Papua, etc., whenever required.
- A generalist who is experienced in all aspects of HR functions from recruitment to termination and maintaining or developing the HR Information Systems
