QHSE Assistant Manager / Manager

 

PT. Altus Logistics Services Indonesia is a leading provider of integrated logistics services to the Energy sector in Indonesia.  Our company has grown in Indonesia and Southeast Asia over the years and continues to expand worldwide to encompass over 700 employees and 35 offices in 11 countries. 

 

We are searching for a QHSE Assistant Manager / Manager to assist in managing the Company's QHSE management system in general and operation report requirement (including document and implementation etc). This position will be based in Jakarta and reporting to Director, and will be expected to:

• To develops and Implements QHSE managements systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• To develop and apply QHSE Management system to all new project sites including resources availability and communicates information on the QHSE MS throughout the organization and promotes HSE Awareness.
• To provide QHSE Coaching and counseling in order to improve QHSE awareness and capabilities among employee.
• To develop QHSE Data base including System tracker and analyzer.
• To attend the meeting with Customers with regards to the QHSE as required.
• To prepare and review all QHSE documents during the tender process, including seeking the supporting information to support completeness of the document when it is needed at review process.
• Drafting, reviewing and assist all QHSE documentation related to set up of new project implementation.
• To provide QHSE advice and liaise with others department.
• To keep current all QHSE's legal documentation and ensure their safe custody.
• Develop, arrange and setup QHSE training for internal and as operation requirement.
• Maintain, monitoring and prepare all document related of operational audit of project and company audit in general.

 

Your Profile and Strengths:  You are experienced in QHSE.  You can combine procedural & strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and have a proactive can-do attitude.  You create, drive and deliver development initiatives with the ability to lead.  You are a convincing communicator in both English and Bahasa Indonesian, having coaching and training skill, have audit and Investigation skill, have at least five years' experience in QHSE and certified in OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001,
