[Job-Vacancy] FACTORY MANAGER for One of the largest Indonesian nonwoven companies

 

 

JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: One of the largest Indonesian nonwoven manufacturing companies, is currently seeking for the following position:

FACTORY MANAGER

Based in: Tangerang

 

Job description / responsibility:

To plan production activities, production meeting, machine maintenance schedule & budget, worker schedule and maintain products quality.

To solve quality or production issues in relation to customers feedback ensuring no repetition problem occurs.

To collaborate with all managers to improve management and production continuously

Always work closely with all managers to achieve company target.

Coordinate production and shipping schedule with marketing and export-import.

Coordinate materials purchasing with PPIC and warehouse management.

Conducts employee performance review and eliminate redundancy with HRD Department.

To perform ISO certification management representative job.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferably with Business Management.

Min. 5 years experience in the same position in manufacturing company.

Previous involvement in ISO 9001 & 14001 .

Adequate knowledge in business and management principles (budgeting, planning and resource allocation).

Familiar with industry standard equipment.

Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.

Have strong leadership in team building, decision making and people management skill.

Software and English literate, additional Mandarin or Japanese language will be a plus.
