About You:

Position Overview:
The Accounting Executive is responsible in handling all aspects of accounting functions, ensure accurancy, completeness and timeliness of all accounting transactions in order to support across the Nutric Group as part of the Group Accounts function and in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.
Overall Responsibilities:
· Responsible in assisting all aspects of accounting operations in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger transaction and handling of full sets of accounts.
· Maintain proper accounting record and documentation and filing system.
· Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
· Manage and monitor cash flow, monthly reporting and bank reconciliation.
· Undertake audit for the company and financial administration.
· Verify and process employee expense and office admin expense received from counterparties and ensure complete supporting documents are submitted.
· Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
· Assist in members' commission processing.
· Submit monthly management report and other relevant reports when required.
· Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned from Manager.
Qualifications:
· Female
· Bachelor of Science in Accounting/ Management Accounting/ Accounting Technology or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years related accounting experiences.
· Experience in processing of monthly government contribution.
· Knowledge in computerize accounting software.
· Analytical and positive attitude and possess high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

The ideal candidate must be able to conduct, engage and maintain communications with staff of all levels both locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be competent in managing their time and activities and must embrace our proven opportunity and customer management processes and systems. Candidates must possess a "can-do" perspective in their professional attitude. They will be detail oriented and demonstrate a strong work ethic. They will be sticklers for accuracy in their own work as well as their colleagues. They will be ready to back up their assertions with facts.
