About You:
You're a passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated individual who's looking for an opportunity to have an impact in a well-known and expanding organization, operating in within the Asia Pacific region including China. Position Overview:
To ensure all warehouse support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively according to company policies.
Responsibilities:
· Manage large amount of inbound calls effectively in a professional manner.
· Attract potential members by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
· Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information to member and distributor.
· Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeline and follow up to ensure the matter is resolved.
· Go the extra mile to engage members and distributors.
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
· Female
· Minimum of 2 years related accounting experiences.
· Excellent negotiation skills, including the art of persuasion
· Well verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Ability to speak to people on all levels and in a variety of cultures.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
