Service Excellence Manager
JOB SCOPE:
Define and calibrate service standards across the organization
Develop customized training programs and methodologies to lift and sustain service standards
Train all staff in the Organization using the customized training materials and methods
Establish clear and defined guidelines for service delivery & grooming standards
Develop guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for service recovery and handling of common service-related scenarios
Conduct routine Service Quality Audits to measure service performance, guidelines adherence and show flat management
QUALIFICATIONS:
University graduate who is independent, resourceful and able to work in a face-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum 10 years of experience in the service industry
Knowledge in quality and process management, change management, planning and project management, and service recovery.
People-oriented, good team player, strong leadership ability.
Good analytical skill
Good business/ commercial sense
Excellent communication skill
