LEGAL OFFICER (LO)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male/Female, Max. age 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in Law or equivalent.
- Have Min. 1 year work experience in law firm or as legal officer.
- Understand the applicable Indonesian regulatory issues
- Able to use computer and Ms. Office program.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Pleasant personality, good communication & interpersonal skill.
- Full-Time positions available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Dealing with wide range of legal administration & licenses issue ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, and regulatory compliance of the company.
• Review corporate and commercial contract agreement with clients as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters.
• Prepare legal documents in order to formulate draft agreement.
• Handling legal aspect with other party (such as government institution or with another company).
