Tender Administrator
Main responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of tender, including pre and post project tender
- Analyze and understand the tender document requirements and subsequently preparing and/or collecting all the administration, technical and commercial documents and other supporting documents to ensure the completeness of tender submission.
- Maintain daily tender announcements and follow up with related departments for tender registration.
- Manage administrative documents within the project/tender department (delivery slip, letter in, letter out, copy of contracts and submitted tender documents).
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Minimum D3
- Having minimum 1year experience in same fields is an advantages
- A good team player
- Fluent in English
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
