PT. Business Intelligence Technologies is IT company, we are seeking for highly dedicated, dynamic, and motivated individuals with a passion for challenge and success to be a part of our winning team.
Responsibilities:
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure. You will have to answer phone calls for user and diagnose their IT problems and try to resolve the issues for them.
Requirements:
- Age maximum 40 years old
- Good command in English on written & oral
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University
- Must have minimum of 3 years experience in similar position
- Graduate from Engineering (IT) / Computer Science
- 3+ years experiences within a 1st line support role
- A solid technical background which will include strong Windows Server
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Friendly, supportif person and have excellent attitude
