Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a leading industrial minerals supplier to the ceramics sector, particularly in the frits and glazes segment. We are also part of the Sibelco Group, an organization established since 1872 in Belgium.
In line with our growth, currently we're looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
Payroll Staff
Key responsibilities include but not limited to :
1. Processing payrolls on monthly basis accurately, completely, and timely.
2. Prepare monthly payroll reports, including PPh21 and BPJS.
3. Prepare compensation & benefits budget, including regular monitoring and reporting.
4. Maintain payroll record and database and ensure the data up to date.
5. Responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Provides services to employees to answer their benefit questions, resolve problems related to access to or payment of benefits, orient newly eligible employees.
Qualification:
1. Possess at least a bachelor degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy, Human Resource or equivalent.
2. At least 4 years working experience in payroll.
3. Having good knowledge in PPh21, BPJS and Health Insurance.
4. Able to speak and write in English.
5. Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking and more on accuracy.
6. Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work as team.
7. Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
